Sandra Schawalder, CEO of Swiss Living Sotogrande, combines Swiss professionalism, extensive experience in finance and real estate, and her passion as a Fine Art Artist. As an established Swiss artist, she transforms luxury properties into unique living spaces, creating an unparalleled Bespoke Art of Living where aesthetics, comfort, and individuality merge in perfect harmony.

As a banking professional, Sandra worked in Private Banking at Bank Julius Baer in Zurich as well as in international wealth management within Asset Management in Switzerland. This experience sharpened her understanding of assets, investments, and the needs of discerning clients -expertise she now seamlessly integrates into her approach to luxury real estate.

Her award-winning artworks, exhibited internationally, enrich exclusive private collections and infuse each property with a distinctive and personal artistic touch.

With deep roots in the real estate sector, strengthened by her leadership at a successful luxury real estate company in Marbella, Sandra oversaw the establishment and management of a second branch in Sotogrande. She also directed the Arno Stern Painting Studio at the Montessori School in Zug, further deepening her creative and artistic expertise.
