Sandra Schawalder, Founder and CEO of Swiss Living Sotogrande, combines Swiss professionalism, extensive experience in finance and real estate, and her passion as a Fine Art Artist.

In Private Banking at Bank Julius Baer in Zurich and in international wealth management, she developed a deep understanding of assets, investments, and the specific needs of discerning clients - expertise she now seamlessly integrates into her work in the real estate sector.

Her internationally acclaimed artworks create distinctive living spaces and convey a harmonious, meditative sense of home. They enrich exclusive collections and give each property a personal, artistic signature. With a solid foundation from her family roots in real estate, strengthened by her leadership role in a successful property company in Marbella, she oversaw the establishment of the Sotogrande branch. Additionally, as head of the Arno Stern Painting Studio at the Montessori School in Zug, she shared her creative and holistic approach with children.

Through her empathy and extensive experience, Sandra fully understands her clients’ desires and needs, guiding them to find the perfect home or investment property.
